Casa Vinyasa is more than just a yoga studio; it's home. The moment you walk through the doors, you're enveloped in a warm, welcoming embrace that's unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere.
The incredible teachers here not only challenge you in your yoga practice but also make sure you feel at ease and at home. It's like having a second family who supports and encourages you every step of the way. Their dedication to each student's growth, both on and off the mat, is truly inspiring.
But it's not just the instructors; it's the entire team. From the front desk staff to the fellow yogis, everyone contributes to creating an amazing and uplifting community. It's a place where you can be yourself, where you can shed your worries and just breathe.
In a world that sometimes feels disjointed, Casa Vinyasa is a beacon of connection and belonging. It's a place where you'll find exceptional yoga, loving support, and a family that makes you feel right at home.
If you're seeking more than just yoga – if you're looking for a place where you can grow, connect, and truly feel like you belong – then Casa Vinyasa is what you've been searching...
Read more"Yoga party" was what came to mind during this high paced class today with I believe one of the owners Lizzy. This class was so much fun with the great music and you feel the pressure to keep up with some of the seasoned yogis, but as with any yoga, always go at your own pace. You definitely felt the heat from the infrared but it wasn't suffocating like other hot yoga places. The energy, professionalism and just straight up fun class really sold me. You guys put together a great place and it shows from what looked like about 50 people in the large room for the 930am class. I also appreciate how organized your website is, the teacher bios and class options. I've been doing yoga on and off for 20 years and this got me excited to be more consistent with it especially since I'm getting older and my Jiu jitsu is taking a toll on my body. I liked the speech you made at the end, and I like to use the same quote you said your dad would mention "it can always be worse". We really should appreciate all we have. I look forward to my next sessions and congrats again on such an amazing...
Read moreThe studio is located in the 4th floor of a Commercial building. It is a little odd to get to, but there is free parking available for the building. The entrance area of the studio where you place your belongings in cubbies is a bit small, but the yoga room itself is wonderfully large. There are no mirrors, so that was a bummer, but I did appreciate the extra space to stretch out. We were instructed by the owner of the studio who did a good job of making the class enjoyable.
The class I took was non-heated. While the cool towel over your forehead during final shavasana is usually a nice touch, the room was too cold for my liking and I had to take the towel off mid-shavasana. I recommend you ask the yogis to place palms down during shavasana if they wish to pass...
