Publix Super Market at Riviera Plaza — Local services in Coral Gables

I live in Brickell and have like 5 Publix near by, but love coming to this one is new spacious and has everthing.The staff great except the lady you have in Customer Service Gigi. A bit rude or not properly trained had a return and my card kept saying cancelled she kept saying call your bank there's something wrong with your card. That wasn't the case she just had no clue . When I realize she had only done the credit for 2 items but I was returning 3. I said I'm returning 3 items she gives me this look with a fake smile . I understand it's hard to find good employees just don't toss people with little training into areas that might not...

Will take some getting used to. So far…Doesn’t carry everything the Monza one does. People are still heading over there as preference. One thing they should have considered for the new…they should have included the escalator option for the carts to ride up to the parking. It’s a convenience for those not wanting to wait for the elevator and maybe have to wait longer for their turn to get in or out because of carts. Would have made it sooooo much better. Didn’t see where the stairs are but maybe that’s the option if you only have a few items/one bag...
