I would not recommend taking in any loved possessions for fixing. My girlfriend (Cb) and I are locals and went in for a four-prong adjustment of our ring a week ago which they notiifed us would be ready on the 19th; I called on the day of pickup to confirm everything was set but the owner "Eddie" said to come near the end of day.
After the ring was picked up we noticed that not all the prongs were flush to the jewel, it seemed like it was not even tampered with. We called to see if maybe there was something we were not aware of since it is a soft jewel and we just did not understand the finished product - Eddie rudely said "bring it in. Just bring it back." My girlfriend went over to the store, paid for parking, and walked over but the owner forgot to mention that they were closed.
We went together today and explained the situation but were told the ring would not be ready until a few more days. We requested that it be done by closing (providing an additional day) since we have already waited a week and the ring was not even completey adjusted. The owner was called and he declined to finish the request. We asked for a refund and kindly communictaed we will never be returning to Snow's.
The women at the front were very professional, courteous, and apologized on the owner's behalf. This is not only unprofessional but on top of that acting rudely towards us. it is simply un-acceptable and borderline racist and homophobic. I would look elsewhere for any of our...

Even though Snow's was in the middle of moving their store, and was supposed to be closed, Judy and Eddie opened the store, and unpacked a beautiful selection of estate jewelry for me to look at. I, of course, found something fabulous, and just the right thing for the occasion, at a great price. (Snow's not only has a wonderful selection, but also a well curated selection.) And they stand behind their products. If my gift hadn't been well received, the recipient could have brought it back to the store and exchanged it for something that was more their taste, so I felt comfortable with what I was buying. I am a knowledgeable and experienced jewelry buyer, and I know the items at Snow's Jewelers are good quality, and a great price. Read moreI did not have a good experience with this jeweler! I went to have my ring resized here after getting engaged in 2022 and then my ring broke in a few places a few months later. When I brought my ring back to the team to see what happened, they insisted I must’ve dropped it or somehow broken the ring, it was bent in five places, and they were very dismissive when I said nothing to that degree had happened! I left my ring with them to assess and asked that they call me to discuss what happened and pricing before they did anything to my ring. When I called for an update, I learned that they had fixed my ring without ever giving me a price or explanation as to what had happened and why it had broken in the first place. I am now left hoping that my ring does not break again. I was very disappointed with my experience here and would not go back...
