I went in there to buy something and I asked her younger guy, the older gentleman, Son for some help and he told me I have no time for you. There’s nobody in the place. There was nobody at the showcase counter. Nobody and I asked him. Can I see that watch And he says It’s just amount of money that’s it. I never wanted to negotiate, but he wouldn’t let me see it and then he said you people do this all the time. I wonder if he does this to all his customers I would definitely check your items after you purchased to make sure that they’re legitimate because this guy seemed very shady and now since he treated me like that, I’m gonna have to say something have you ever watched the videos the way these people eat it’s disgusting. Don’t feel your something just because you have a jewelry store. Everybody comes from somewhere. I will never ever walk even past by his store ever again the way he treated me I ended up going right next-door and buying from the other people that...

I found Big Boss Jewelry & Antiques through a Google search. I was originally going to go to another jeweler, but when I was talking to them over the phone, I didn’t like their attitude. So, when I was looking for another jeweler to go to I started searching on Google maps I saw that big boss had a lot of good reviews and the words that stood out were kind and patient. I’m so glad that they had weekend availability too

So I go in and was received quite quickly I asked for a ring to be tested, and once I got quoted on a price I sold it immediately. I did some research before and I know it was a fair price. The whole process was less than 10 minutes. I also got cookies, which they don’t know—I love cookies. So that was also a plus.
