I first met Rita after I had a museum-worthy piece framed at another well=respected framer and, despite spending nearly $2000 on framing and special glass, the glass had a very high glare. I came to Rita with my issue and she resolved it for me with pure professionalism. Now, she had my confidence. I want thank Frame It for doing a fantastic job with restoring my late grandfather and great grandfather faded picture . Especially Rita Bartmon for showing so much professionalism and caring for this special task. I had to do this special request for my aunt . My aunt is going to be 75 this year and when this picture was taken she was about 2 to 3 years old during the early 1950s. This is the only picture I have of both my mother and aunt father and grandfather. These folks are amazing! I wanted to get one of my dinosaur fossils framed, it’s a pretty heavy piece and I didn’t want to damage the stone. Walter patiently worked with me to come up with a method to hang the stone without altering it, choose the backing, the glass and the frame material.
