China Spring Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Coral Springs

First of all. I want everyone reading this I do NOT like reviewing restaurants because they can always have a "bad night". But, tonight was totally different. We order from China Spring about once or twice a month and enjoy their food and prices. What happened tonight is just NOT right and I would like to share it with every new customer. Our order was large chicken fried rice, no peas; small chicken fried rice, no onions; large chicken noodle soup; large mixed soup. The order was for pick up. I arrived, the order was ready, paid for it, came home. I started to unpack the order and the large rice was not closed all the way in its container, spreading the rice all over our kitchen counter. I was NOT happy!!!! I snapped a picture to show the girl what happened and also a picture of it in the trash can. I figured, since I cannot eat, let my son have his rice with no onions. After plating it, we noticed his had no onions OR peas. So, I snapped a picture of this to show them when I picked up the rice with no peas for myself. I drove back to the restaurant, picked up the rice that went all over my kitchen counter and showed the girl the picture of the rice with no peas for my son. Asked if I can have a new SMALL rice re-made for him, she replied with "bring back the wrong one and we will replace it". This is after I showed her the pictures of the large rice all over our counter!!! So, I asked her if she wanted to lose a customer over a small fried rice and walked out. As I stated above, we ordered here for years and never had an issue like this happen!!! Now, they just lost this customer and I hope you take my advice by not ordering from this restaurant because of the NON customer service they provide. Good Luck if you do order...

Honestly? I CANT UNDERSTAND WHY people haa to complain so much, first of all their customer service, i ordered on the phone from this place plenty of times, and ONLY ONCE i got my food wrong, im not excusing no one, but the truth is that they are Chinese, and their culture way to act, speak and live is different and, way different than ours, if you never had call a chinese restaurant before and got rushed to order then you probably live in another planet, that LADY ON THE PHONE is actually very kind, if you got the occasion i recomend you to smile to her and ask her about her day, culture, or real chinese food, not the american type that you'll get at the restaurants in general, now everyone have a good day, and some love for each other, we live in AMERICA the country of the million cultures, and people still being so blind and hater?.... I always get plain fried rice with egg and scallions added because I am leery about the meat at Chinese restaurants, I mean is the beef REALLY beef? Now, 🦐 is now being plumped up with some clear fluid and sent here from China, chicken gets too dry when it's cooked for me, and I've never seen thin pieces of pork like that in my life. I mean pork is pinkish white not strips of meat. It possibly screams 🐀 or 🐕 to me so at Chinese restaurants I stick to the basics: plain fried rice, chicken wings, crab rangoon, plain Singapore noodles (Mei fun) or lo mein with egg and scallions, soup, and that's about it.
