Geek Squad — Local services in Coral Springs

Do NOT bring your electronics here! I brought my computer in for data recovery, after 3 weeks they said my computer was ready. Instead of doing what they were paid for, they just replaced the hard drive without attempting to get the data back. Still after 2 months, geek squad still has my computer and no one seems to care. The general manager, Gemma whom I spoke with said she would look into the status of my computer and two weeks later, I still haven't received a return call. $2000 later and still no computer and they want another $1500 to expedite...

Extremely disappointed with the service here. Geek Squad called me twice to come in for my device and both times it was not working. I asked the representative how to complain, he simply told me that he would let his manager know. For a service based company, the service is not something they pride themselves on. Also, the person in front and behind me had the same complaints and they told them the exact same thing. I guess they already got my subscription, so they do not care anymore. I took in a laptop with a cracked screen to get a quote for repairs. I only use a mouse, not the touch screen, and the computer was working fine that way. The tech started touching the screen all over and said - “Oh, the touch screen isn’t working.” Now, I can’t use my computer at all (even with my mouse). Going to send it in to HP for repairs, but wouldn’t have had to rush the repairs had the Geek tech not messed it up...
