NEVER AGAIN! We have not visited this Taco Bell in about "3" years because of the mistreatment we received at that time. Tonight ((11/14/23, our order was #345729), we thought, since it's raining so hard and we're right there, let's give it a chance again. Well... for us this Taco Bell lived up to it's tradition... and that was "Getting The Order Wrong Plus Providing Unfriendly Customer Service" even when the problem was totally their fault.
As aforementioned, the last time we were unhappy because of the same problems, but this time if I could, I'd leave "NO STARS" simply because of the unacceptably poor Customer Service. This appears to be a common thread that runs thru this business, not only tonight but as it did the last time.
I placed a simple small order via their Drive-Thru, only "5" items (one Grilled Cheese Burrito, one Mexican Pizza and "one each" of their $2.00 burritos). When we received our order, the bag only contained "4" items. I had to blow the horn to get the attendant's attention; then she slid the window open and I told her:; I paid for 5 items, but only received "4" items.
She took the bag back, not saying a word, and then, she along with another attendant, took the items out to count. I waited a few minutes and then she slid the window open and handed me the bag, again not saying a word but displaying an very unhappy look.
I was annoyed at the lack of friendly service, so I sarcastically said: I believe an I'm sorry is in order... and then she replied with; "No problem, it's okay." I replied: I meant that "YOU" should be saying I'm sorry to us for the error "WE" discovered and the inconvenience we've just had.
She displayed an even unhappier look and sarcastically said; "Good Night" and then closed the sliding window... this place provides absolutely very poor...
Read moreThe most horrible service I have received from this location. I am a regular and have at least two meals a week here. The first go around the drive thru I asked for 2 of a certain burrito. Because the girl did not hear me when I was at the window I asked to make sure. I was not provided a receipt to check. I was then told to drive around again despite the fact there were no other cars behind me. By the time I made it around a car was able to make it in front of me causing further delay. I get my order proceed to drive home in the rain, only to see that a different burrito that I specifically ordered no guacamole indeed had guacamole. I am allergic so had to go back out in the rain to get something edible for me while missing eating with my family. I went inside the store and began explaining it to who could have been the manager. He didn’t say nor give his name as he cut me off and said we will make you a new one. Fine... as he didn’t say another word I asked him for the extra sour cream that I was charged for originally and watched him tell the gentleman making it to unroll and add it. He put the most minuscule amount I could not even taste it. I was not going out again and at this point I was very hungry the process took over 40 mins from start to finish, which is not “fast food” . Again I get no receipt so have no names. But that store really needs a haul over on customer service as well as food preparation. If I am going to get up charged for an add on I should be able to taste it. I was offered no apology or anything for my wasted time and inconvenience. This matter was handled very poorly and will be writing to corporate about it. I am not usually the type to leave negative comments but this experience really put a bad taste...
Read moreI realize we are dealing with a pandemic. I went inside to order and couldn't find anybody to even pay attention to me. Finally I was told I to go over to the computerized screen to place my order. Taco salad no longer offered. Bummer. That's why I went there. Pintos and cheese - no where to be found on the computer screen, even though they are there. There were at least 5 people working, but I was ignored when I requested help. One very nice gentleman, who I think was a delivery person, came out and helped me. He couldn't find the pintos and cheese either. But at least when he asked the kitchen staff about it they responded to him. I was just ignored. I placed the order only to find out they weren't going to accept my cash. They were only accepting cash at the drive-thru.... that's when I finally said, "I don't think I'm coming back here ever" . (FYI. I have a broken foot and was in a soft cast and a boot) Another customer who was watching all of this, even stated how rudely I was being treated. FINALLY, my cash was accepted. The other customer, who witnessed this fiasco, left without ordering. Okay folks. I know it's a tough time right now. We need kindness and respect, especially when there is a paying customer who did not deserve the treatment I received. Thankfully someone finally did take my cash because I told them I was leaving and to forget the order. For that I was thankful and let the young lady know I appreciated her accepting my money! Not too sure I could recommend going there anytime soon. Very disappointed, especially with how I was ignored first after requesting help and then how I was spoken to! Wow. Just wow. I will not be...
