Felicita's Coffee is a chain of Argentinian coffee shops in Miami. This location which was their expansion into Broward opened in Coral Springs last summer. They also opened another local shop in the former Nordic Bakery on Sample Road
Felicita's offers a full breakfast and lunch menu along with their own brand of coffee made into cappuccinos, lattes, espresso, and cortado, a drink from Portugal and Spain made with half espresso and half milk. They also sell pastries like croissants, muffins, cookies, and empanadas.
I was running some morning errands locally when I spotted this cute shop and came in for breakfast. They have a few tables out front and inside you order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. The dining room is large and open. You can sit at a table or on of the couches they have set up. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.
For my meal I chose a refreshing iced latte and a ham and cheese croissant. The pastry was so fresh and the creamy cheese was the perfect pairing with the salty ham. My sandwich was only four dollars which is pretty inexpensive for Broward. This coffee shop has a lovely aesthetic. Not only can you get a caffeine fix but it also looks like a great place to get sit a spell and get some work done on your computer. I enjoyed discovering this new place to...

— i have no malicious intentions., perhaps it was your staff that had that attitude whilst making my food. it’s always been good, this time .. your attitude and response shows your type of soul.
people reading these reviews will see who YOU are in the way you respond. and that sounds like a you problem.
had the absolute worst experience with the staff here. gabby didn’t greet us, had such a rude demeanor and attitude the entire time. she was inconsiderate, rude & it was a very unpleasant start to my day. 0 stars. the food was abhorrent, nearly inedible.
and to the owner who so rudely responded to paying customers, instead of addressing the issues within your staff, you’re losing loyal customers who’ve been here repeatedly. never again.
and to your commwnt regarding the rush hour sign at the cash resister, there wasn’t a single soul in the coffee shop. so no, the sign...

The croissant sandwich I ordered was ok, but not very memorable.
My iced coffee was not very flavorful, despite being a salted caramel flavor. It just tasted like regular coffee.
The lid to my coffee was a bit flimsy. When I tried opening the pull tab, the coffee foam sprayed across my chest onto my shirt and stained it. I tried lifting the stains off, but it was not lifting with soap and water. I ended up having to hold my chest directly under the faucet and rubbing vigorously to try to remove the stain out…there’s still faint staining. And of course, the paper towel dispenser was not loaded, but a giant roll of paper was situated on top of it. I’m not very happy about getting my shirt ruined.
I’ll be sticking to my regular...
