I was referred to R&N by my sister because she said how well they treated her and it was an understatement.im a very picky person because i like what i like,"different" types of things.so i got in touch with them about some very particular ideas.they must of went back and forth with me 10 times between the emails and phone calls and not once did they seem bothered.Ulysses made such an effort to find exactly what i had in mind.talk about wealth of knowledge.he went above and beyond and mind you i was working on 3 different ideas at the same time but my funds were a factor at the same time so it was complicated but he just kept at it making such an effort every time to find what i wanted and even working on prices for me when he could and thats what you want in service,which is rare these days.he ended up finding me finally the perfect ring for one of my ideas and there was even a little change i wanted to make on it but he wasn't sure if it would be possible but sure enough when i went to pick it up,they made it happen.just an absolute delight for me.it ended up being EXACTLY EXACTLY what i imagined,actually even better and there is nothing better than that.i was so impressed and happy with their work and more than that their customer service(second to none)!!! Read moreMy husband and I started our search for an engagement/wedding ring for me back in February. I wanted a ring that was completely different from what every other woman has on her hand. Other jewelers sat us in front of their case of engagement/wedding rings and showed us only what they had in those cases.
We walked into R&N Jewelers and were greeted by Barbara. She sat us down and showed us a few rings, but she really listened to what I was saying. She started pulling a few rings from other cases and that is when we found a beautiful ring. I fell in love with that ring, but it just needed a few tweaks. With Joe's help we figured out what needed to be done. Here I am three months later, and we just picked up my GORGEOUS custom ring yesterday. I am in love with my ring. My husband and I cannot get over how incredibly beautiful it is.
I am so grateful that Barbara took the time to listen and hear what I was saying. She was warm and inviting. Every time we have spoken with her on the phone, she was always so friendly.
I look forward to purchasing more beautiful items as R&N will be our go to jewelers.

Read moreGold Sellers BEWARE! We went to R&N this morning with the hopes of selling 14K Gold (verified) jewelry. Before our visit, I did some research on the price of scrap gold. We estimated that the gold was worth about $2600. Joe from R&N offered us $1200. After some discussion about my research and my expectations, he upped his offer to $1320. We thanked him and left. We went to the mall and a Gold Buying kiosk. This guy offered us $2700 for the gold. We obviously took his offer. Cash on the spot. It was obvious that R&N was trying to make a huge profit from us, assuming that we were ignorant. I don't know if this greed translates to the prices of their retail jewelry, but I would definitely shop somewhere else.
