Thats a Wrap Sandwich Co — Restaurant in Coral Springs

I came up to the counter almost 3 months ago to order but the employee disappeared (from the counter) when it was my time to order and left me unattended. Needless to say I still haven't eaten here. After that I did telephone to inquire about any lunch specials and have kept eating here in my mind as a potential lunch spot. But today- a Monday in June 2025- I arrived early to this mall and decided to walk through their restaurant towards the Food Court ... a direct shot. I do not believe lunch service had started yet but s female employee immediately started to ask of me "are you cutting through?" As I walked in the direction I'd come from she commented about my being "rude." Until that point I do not believe U had been rude. Some insults about age directed at one another with her- the employee- telling me I am "older" than her (employee). Well, there us no way in heck I will become a customer here after the exchange between myself & her. I can also say I am not a fan of meals prepared by employee(s) who smoke outside on their work breaks. Might be a good lunch spot for other people, though. Especially if they are young because then there will be less fighting with...

My expectations for lunch from a Mall Food Court are fairly low, so it’s safe to say this place blew me out of the water. A crunchy artisanal ciabatta with chicken, bacon, lettuce, cheese and a light ranch with a side of pasta salad is nt something I thought I’d eat today, as I had already resigned myself to settling for one of the sub par (but wildly addicting?) “Chinese” places, I’m so glad I tried this place. AND they have their own cute little area where you can sit down away from the rest of the food court din. You no longer have to settle for Subway or up-charge...

Ordered them off Uber Eats twice. First time, they missed a note for my wrap needing to be on a different wrap and no bacon. They missed the note and sent it with the wrong wrap and bacon. I thought it was a fluke so I just ordered it again. Same exact issue. Wrong wrap and includes bacon. AND this time the chicken is even pink Now I know they just don’t pay attention to orders even though it clearly states it on the order. Frustrating and won’t be giving this location another chance. Once, I understand. Twice with the exact same issue....
