Sadly, I had a bad experience at this place. I ordered food to pick up and my order for the chicken Parmesan was good on the other hand. They really overcooked the wings. My one star is because I had to pick it up with Lyft. And I was not able to go back to return it. I called the manager and requested for them to send me a replacement but instead of making this an easy process, they decided how can we make it so complicated so we don't have to replace his wings instead of sending a delivery driver to replace it which is a 3.2 miles away. They said they're not able to go over 3 miles with a delivery I literally live Eight minutes away and they didn't want to send it without making an extra order I asked them to add cheesecake, but they still wanted to push for more. I think this is ridiculous and for someone that orders from them couple of times a week I feel like they don't care other than the money and the quality used to be better when I told him don't worry about it and you don't have to send it because this is ridiculous he said, are you sure and then he seems like he didn't even care. How do you give someone overcooked food and think that is OK maybe not the ideal place anymore specially, with the old-fashioned style and it seems like they don't even want to renovate the place I wonder how dirty is the kitchen I would not recommend picking up maybe it's better...

She called to let then know and they told her they'd call her back. 17 mins later they called back and told her she had to pay for a new dinner but the driver can't come right now. After my friend tried to explain that this was their mistake the person hung up on her. My friend literally called back and the woman started arguing with her. Like all out yelling that she had no time for her. And she hung up. My friend called back 3 times and each time they answered and immediately hung up. By the next call a guy got on the phone and started yelling at my friend. I heard it all. It was unreal that this restaurant would do this when she was trying to support their business. And guess what? He hung up on her. She called again because she just wanted to get her son the shrimp and this man on the phone was absolutely unprofessional and just kept over talking her. Lasagna was flavorless and extremely dry, you should not be able to pull the layers away it should all mesh together, please pasta needs to be cooked eldente no matter what, especially baked pasta as they are cooked and recooked, but the biggest issue was the chicken in the franchise that was not in a lemon butter sauce, but a salty loose broth and the chicken was rubbery, with a challenge to cut through with a knife. I called the restaurant and a man answered and immediately told me thats wrong and explained how they cook it, appreciate the lesson, but I am from Italy and actually cook very well and do it daily. I was put on hold when the owner picked up and i explained the chicken was tough and we couldn't eat it. The reply i received was that she just ate the chicken for dinner ofcourse... i was not looking for a refund, jyst a new order to be sent out or even respect for the customer, as we are what keeps you in business.
