My recent visit to Express left me disheartened and distracted due to the openly rude behavior of a store associate named Brian. It was genuinely disheartening to witness how comfortable he seemed being disrespectful to his fellow associates. The distracting nature of his condescending tone and dismissive attitude created an atmosphere that overshadowed the shopping experience.
Brian's behavior was not only disruptive to the store's overall ambiance but also raised concerns about the work environment for the associates. It's a shame that he felt so at ease openly displaying rudeness, making it apparent that professionalism was not a priority.
Express should address this issue promptly to ensure a more positive and respectful atmosphere for both customers and employees. It's unfortunate when the actions of one individual can overshadow the entire shopping experience, and I hope the management takes decisive steps to rectify this situation.

I needed the last one of this white blazer I had previously bought online to be held for me so I could come back and do an exchange the next day. I had a work trip coming up and needed to make sure I could exchange this blazer before then. She kept it for me and offered to give me the times she was working so I could follow up with the same person. I could tell she had a lot going on at work, it was incredibly busy and she was just so calm, serene and professional. She entered all of my information incorrectly and my credit card was sent to the wrong address.
