Don Pan — Restaurant in Coral Springs

I ordered a dish (Pabellón) that had meets, rice and plantains, and additionally I ordered a portion shredded chicken which is a completely different dish. Both items also have a completely different price. I received the bowl order without the meat, only with rice and plantain. They obviously charged for both dishes. I called the store immediately to make a claim and the person who answered the phone was unapologetic and implied that it was my fault for ordering extra chicken after ordering a full bowl. I calmly explained to her that the pavilion was meat and that she had nothing to do with the second order, which was chicken, and she replied that she had read it that way, that she herself had prepared the dish and that they couldn't do anything. Again my fault . They couldn't return the money, they couldn't send another order. I asked to speak to the manager and first they told me that she had already left and then they told me that it was her day off and that they couldn't disturb her. To conclude they don't even care. Zero . I understand that mistakes can happen but the person who answered me on the phone was implying all the time that it wasn't her fault because I was the one who had placed my order. Again my order was two completely different dishes. Terrible and disastrous customer service. At no time did she assume that it had been her mistake or try to fix their mistake. Horrible...

BEST COFFEE AND SERVICE!!!! Last afternoon I stopped with a friend to buy some coffee and I just can say this Is the BEST coffee I have tried in Florida! Finding an authentic venezuelan coffee here is tough, but at this Don Pan at Coral Square Mall we finally found it, The coffee was amazing also the whipped cream was so fresh that it tasted just like an original venezuelan cappuccino, please never change it! We also got some PAN DULCE which was so fresh and tasty!! I recommend it! But the best of everything was the super kind, great and EXCELLENT SERVICE we got from Jesús and Guido, they made us feel welcome and patiently answer all of our questions about the menu. had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude — she walked away from the counter in the middle of helping me and had an attitude when she came back. What made it worse was seeing them cover their noses while I was standing there, as if I made them uncomfortable just for being there. That was completely uncalled for and disrespectful.

Despite their behavior, I kept my composure and showed nothing but respect. It’s sad that customers can be treated this way and brushed off like it doesn’t matter — even if it’s “just one person.” Every customer should be treated with basic decency.
