I moved in the summer of 2023 and absolutely fell in love with the community. At the time, I really like the front office staff especially Abrielle. I was advised when I first moved in that they were working on updating the gates and building entrances as those points of access were more secure……in the 2 years we were there, the building entrances were never fixed and always open to anyone to just walk right in and the gates…a laughing joke. The first time they “fixed” them, they informed to come by the office id we wanted to purchase a fob for $35 which was cool but very short lived. Fast forward to summer 2024 and my family upgraded to a 3 bedroom as we found out we were expecting. We had the option to move to the unit across the hall from us…..I wish I never had. The night before we officially moved in, we did a walk through and the moment we opened the door, roaches scattered EVERYWHERE! My husband and I had to go to Walmart and spend over $150 on pest control supplies to treat before we moved the next day. That next morning, I let the management know about the issue and how quickly I would break a lease over a roach infestation. They assured they would send pest control out weekly till we informed them we were no longer seeing them……it took a good 3-4 months before we stopped seeing them. The drain system above our bath tub in the master bathroom started draining rust colored water staining our tub. The design layout was laughable because you could not have your bedroom door open and be able to get into your bathroom. New management came in and Staci, the manager, has a condescending superiority complex. She likes to send out emails chastising the community like we are all children instead of addressing the issues with those that are directly causing the problem. I swear the valet trash gets more off days then I do in my own career. When we moved out this summer, we moved our stuff out on a Saturday and it took a good portion of the day so we weren’t able to turn our keys in that day. We went back Sunday just to do our finale walk through and make sure everything was left in pristine condition and the office was closed then as well so not able to turn our keys in. Come Monday morning, I’m getting a message at 8am telling me they are charging me rent for Sunday and Monday because they didn’t have the keys….needless to say….I voiced my discontent and told them my rent was already paid and I would not be paying additional rent because their office was closed and the keys were turned in shortly after I received their messages. I also let Staci know about herself and how she was a big reason we were moving out. She tried to belittle my mother-in-law and speak to her like a child when my MIL came to office to admit to a mistake she had made while on property. Staci would not take any accountability for the way she speaks to people or her tone in her emails.
I’m highly suggesting to STAY AWAY from this property if you want to avoid empty promises, horrible management, and putting your safety at risk for the lack of security you are already paying for. 10 out of 10 DO...
Read more** This is the first time I write a bad review, unfortunately!!! My one star review goes to the management of this building. Things went really nice and smooth until our move-in day (lFriday). We got to the apartment ready to move our stuff in just to find an extremely dirty apartment. The apartment had white construction dirty everywhere and spider webs in every corner. The stainless steel appliances were all smudged and the sink was very dirty. There were piles of white powder behind the fridge and the stove plus ants in a corner of the bottom of the island. The blinds and windows were extremely dusty and when we vacuumed our carpet in the room the filter was filled up. The apartment was clearly not cleaned after construction. The front desk girl told us that she went to the apartment and wiped everything with Clorox wipes. (What??) Besides the frustration of coming to an apartment that was not ready to move in, the worst part was how management responded to our complaint. Both my husband and I got the day off work to be able to move and planned our weekend all around it so we could have everything ready by Monday (the limit day for us to return the keys from the apartment we were moving out). We also had somebody else who drove 45 minutes with us to help with the moving just to get there and have them saying that all they could do would clean it on Monday. After more complaints and explanations that we could not delay our moving date to Monday, the manager came to talk to us and had the worst attitude. When we asked how they could be leasing an apartment that dirty for anybody to move in her response was: “I walked in there and it was not dirty “ She then offered us to have someone cleaning it on Monday. We explained to her that we couldn’t wait until Monday. More talk goes back and forth (with us getting more and more frustrated) until we pointed out the fact that we did our side of the agreement while the apartment complex was delivering such a poor product for us, and that because we would have to wait for them to clean it they should at least offer us something in return for all the hassle. The manager responded that she wouldn’t just put an offer out there and after we stated that we deserved at least some type of discount or maybe another unit that would be cleaner, she said she couldn’t give the discount and that all the apartments would be the same way. Anyway.. I called the regional manager and explained everything. I got apologies for all the bad answers and poor attitude that the complex manager gave to us and we got $33 off our rent). They sent a cleaning lady to clean the apartment on the next morning (who by the way laughed with me when I said that the apartment had been “cleaned”) and on Saturday morning we were finally able to move in. So .. if you don’t mind moving to a filthy apartment: welcome to our complex. If you do mind, be ready for a very unpleasant conversation with management and a...
Read moreThis property sells itself as "Luxury Apartments". The only luxurious thing about this apartment is that it was built within the last 10 years. With the current management and staff this location is quickly deteriorating. The "Luxury" price you will be pay does not appear to go towards any of the "Luxury" amenities. The gym is poorly maintained with most equipment being damaged or dangerously unsafe. The cable machine had exposed and frayed cables for the last 3 month that we lived there. There is not a single gate, personnel or automotive that functions properly. These gates are not maintained, but the complex will not hesitate to list that as a "luxury" amenity. Once you are able easily open the non-functioning gates you will then enter hallways that have not been cleaned since the apartment was built. Peeling paint, trash, dirty and pet waste litter the entire hallway. The 30 dollars they charge you to pick up the trash must not be enough. The trash was regularly full and not picked up during our stay. The elevators, when they work, will regularly smell of dog urine. The primary elevator in our building did not work for 2.5 months, with next to no updates from the staff. As stated in other reviews if you have a job that goes later than 6pm, you will not find a parking space. When we initially signed our lease we were promised a garage. However, after signing they put us on a wait list because they did not have any garages. After 4 months of asking where we were on the list, they proudly told us they found 11 unrented garages. To put that in perspective a property management company was unaware for more than 4 months that they had 11 units available. How can you be this incompetent? While the price is decent, you get what you pay for. The entirety of the apartment is painted with the cheapest matte chalk paint they could find. This paint will scuff from oil on your hands. Do not expect your deposit back, they will charge you 450 for a full repaint so they can screw over the next tenant as well. If you use the surebond they get paid twice, once for the nonrefundable payment and again once they inevitably charge you for any wear and tear on the unit. They waited 4 months after we moved out before sending us our first and final bill for "damages". They then threatened sending us to collections. Their whole management is a joke and feels extremely scammy. The only redeeming quality of this place is a decent pool. The price worked for us but do not be fooled by the...
