Coffee is generally good as are the coffee beans. My main reason for the rating is because I have repeatedly reached out to management/ownership and have not heard back. I initiated contact with the staff at least three times initially and they were unable to assist. They suggested I use the email on the website because it would reach the owners. I also followed up via email three times. The issue is that somebody had apparently entered my number into the system and started redeeming my rewards. The fact that somebody else redeemed the points I earned and none of the management here cared to get back with me about it is problematic. Went through the drive through and explained I wanted cold brew, sweetened with half and half and explained to the guy that I wanted it sweet twice. (The girl usually working the drive through usually does it perfectly but I’m not sure exactly what she uses so I didn’t know what exactly to ask for but I explained what I wanted) he nodded his head like he understood and when I got my coffee it had only half and half, nothing sweet about it. Best Coffee shop around. If you don’t know about Liberation Coffee, now is the time. The owner and his family are great people. They don’t sacrifice quality for profit, they are always trying to make drinks people actually like without throwing sugar in your face the whole time. They started in DFW so they are not some strange outsider taking over. They have used their roaster for years now and even the roasting company is phenomenal.
