ALDI — Local services in Corinth

Aldi is always fun and the folks there are extremely nice the Corinth store is probably my favorite just for the employees. Today we got lots of great deals and some amazing Aldi Finds. Misting Fans are nessasary in the North Texas summer. $10 from Amazon or $4.99 at Aldi I'll take two please.

Trying a German cheese that's possibly new to me, hummus, Greek olives and flatbread pizza. My personal favorite frozen Giro kit with extra naan from the bakery isle. Because the kit always makes more than 5 sandwiches usually closer to 8. At $6.99 regular price that a good deal on sale for $5.99 it's even better.

Now let's talk about my new Aldi shovel $9 and Home Despot the local hardware store a similar shovel would flirt with $20 or more. Just the thing for weeds that challenge my Aldi weed whacker. Chipotle chicken salad 99¢ normally $3.99 was delicious thank you very mucho Aldi.

Ice tea bags from Aldi are my favorite beverage 100 for $1.89 +/- or 24 Lipton tea bags for ice tea from Walmarto $2.89 say what? net savings nine doll...

Store is nice and selection is always Aldi quality. BUT the manager Terry..... she is something else. We were in a long line and were told to go to thr next register and someone would be there to help us.... after a while I thought maybe we misunderstood because no one ever came so I stopped putting things on the conveyor belt. Then finally comes Terry and she sees that I had stuff still in my cart and says you still aren't done, you had plenty of room?? I said I'm working on it and she walked away to go sweep the store. She rolled her eyes and walked away. During this my husband went to the car to get our bags and came back and says you are still here??!!! She finally comes back and says give me your cart. I asked how her day was going and she said ok and then she asked me how my day was and I told her it was great until I encountered her rudeness. When she was finished she said, have a good day, it will get better and walked away. I was appalled at the nastiness that came from a manager. She needs to be trained on...

I just witnessed a totally disgusting situation. The cashier young girl/black long hair. I believe to be Olivia should not be working as cashier. On 2/26/25 at 2:55pm I was at the register and there was an older man I believe 80 years old buying some grocery. The cashier told him “put your card here to pay” he was still bagging (it was a old man) she still kept being rude. So while he was still bagging she started to scan my items and the man got confused. I told her I’m not in a rush let he finish bagging. She answered “ I am in a rush”. My husband immediately told the cashier go home!!! You can’t be working and treating the customer bad. She started laughing at us. Like what’s going on??? I have never seen so much disrespect. Plus it was a senior. She can’t be a cashier if she has no patience. She needs to work in the back of the store or something. She doesn’t have the basic customer service skills to be there. I opened a complaint with Aldis corporation. Sorry but I can’t stand at someone treating a 80 years...
