I want to start by saying I love this theater and have been coming here religiously since watching the movie Anaconda in 1997. My critical review and terrible experience will not sway me from continuing to visit your theater! In all my experiences visiting your theater I have never had one single problem or complaint. On Saturday October 15th my daughter and I went to watch the last Halloween movie for its opening weekend. About 5 minutes into the show a large group of teenagers came into the movie and starting yelling, running around, slamming into our recliner seats, cursing and laughing loud. We tolerated it for 15 minutes and then walked out. I complained and we got our refund from a nice guy with perm curly hair and glasses. Fast forward to this last Saturday 2/11.. my daughter and I are about to watch the 9:20 showing of Knock at the Cabin. Again about 5 minutes into the picture we here this loud group (12-15) teenagers come into theater (screen #1) and I say to my daughter is this deja vu (from our experience in October)? Jokingly.. unfortunately it was the same group of juvenile delinquents. They were running around Slamming into our seats, screaming, laughing, cursing and pointing a red laser pen at the screen. These are not typical high school kids most likely (job core kids or frim a alternative school)as I witnessed them coming from the Parking lot In a large white bus, it looked like a scene from the movie One flew over the cuckoos nest when patients escape and go to the Oregon coast to go fishing with Jack Nicholson … complete carnage! We again left and this time the manager lady was at the front counter and I complained and told her this happened to us back October with the same group. She just called for another young man to give us a refund and walked off nonchalant without apologizing or anything. Again, this terrible experience will not stop me from enjoying coming to your theater but there is definitely a pattern here. My daughter looked online when we got home Saturday and found a review from 9 months ago under a Jesse Taylor and Mario Perez from a year ago with this same group I strongly assume. We went to this theater because the ones near us didn't have seats available to see a movie that came out the previous day.

I purchased tickets on Fandango like I usually do, and we went to the theater that evening.

I was surprised to see a line of 10 people outside at the box office. I went to walk in, and saw a sign that read 'Online ticket purchases check in at window. ' . I now understood why there was a line.

Once we reached the window, they asked me for the confirmation number, as they couldn't scan the QR code. After confirming the tickets, they asked if I wanted any concessions. This theater takes your concessions order and purchase at the outside ticket window. I purchased a medium popcorn and a medium coke, and walked inside.

There was another line to wait in for the concessions order. However, there was no verification of what was ordered. It was on the honor system to accept the orders that the concession staff was preparing and brought out to the line.

Once we had those, we went into the theater. The seats were comfortable, and each one has a permanently attached table. The view from the seat in the back row was much closer than other theaters.

The popcorn didn't taste like it had butter on it, but had extra oil instead.

We probably would not go to this theater again because of the ticket processing and the way concessions...

My sister-in-law and I arrived at the Cornelius theater excited to see our movie. We walk up to the ticket box office and there is no one in sight. After waiting a couple of minutes we decide to walk in and try to find someone to take our money so we can go watch our movie that is about to start at any moment. We wave down a couple of the employees and asked them who we can pay for the movie? One of the employees says " just a second" and runs back to a office next to the snack bar. Then comes out and tells us to wait a minute someone will be out to help us. Umm...O-k? So we wait again. While waiting another 5-10 minutes 2 other ladies show up to pay for the same movie and still no one comes out! So finally my sister in law and I say " our movie is about to start we're going in to watch the movie when it is over we'll come back out and pay for it!" The 2 other ladies also follow us in. After the movie we go out and Miracle! There is someone in the box office this time. We pay for our movie and we get no apology, nothing! The 2 other ladies that came in with us probably just left without paying. This theater is run by a bunch of teenagers that have no clue what is going on! There was popcorn all over the floor in the lobby and as we walked in to our movie it smelled like a giant bathroom! Very disappointing visiting this theater! Need to find some...
