I have never had someone hand me an estimate and I was happy to receive it, but it happened today. I called and requested an estimate, within an hour someone was onsite. It was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a plumber or any tradesman. My spouse and I are crunching the numbers now and will be reaching out to have the work completed. I can not recommend NuBlue any higher. They are the best! Paul is absolutely top tier and deserves a week's paid vacation. He is everything you hope for when calling for help. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. After the estimate I feel like my house and family are in the best hands. Thank you NuBlue and thank you Paul!

We worked with NuBlu and Paul came out to complete the repairs. I specifically requested Paul and there were zero issues with the office. They were happy to honor my request and even called me back outside of normal business hours to set up the appointment so that the call wouldn’t interfere with my work schedule. An appointment was available within 48 hours and at a time that fit my schedule perfectly. Paul arrived on site with his signature smile and great attitude. He greeted us like old friends and was thrilled we had requested him. Paul completed the work quickly, quietly, and exactly for the price he estimated. Having to repair your home is never a fun experience. It can be costly and a bit scary at times. I truly felt completely at ease and that my family and home were in the best possible hands with Paul and NuBlu.

I would also like to mention that as a woman I have had some tradesmen speak to me very negatively. They have talked down to me and treated me as though I was not knowledgeable. I had the opposite experience with Paul and NuBlu. Every question I had was answered respectfully. The estimates I requested were provided in writing and thoroughly explained. 10/20/25 Had our fall maintenance checkup with NuBlue and Tyler was our technician. He gets a 5 star review again! As before he is punctual and very courteous. Our experience with NuBlue starting with setting up service calls with Cat to getting the work done has been great and very professional.

8/18/25 Had a 5 star experience with Tyler for routine maintenance of our ac units. He was punctual and courteous. Explained what he was doing which we appreciated.

9/6/22 update: We get a request every time a visit from Ease comes here and I thought I would just update. We have had some noise issues with the American Standard unit placed and Ease has worked diligently to figure it out. They have even gone to American Standard who btw has not come out here to investigate. The noise is even on other customer blogs of A.S.. No fix has been mentioned in the blogs. I do want to be sure it is understood that EVERYONE at Ease has been nothing but professional and courteous and determined to find the problem. Ease is still tops on my list and would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about NuBlue. I had a plumbing issue start last night at 10:00 PM. Of course it always starts at the worst time. My shower handles or not performing right and I had to cut the water off to the house. I thought I had someone to come out and fix it but I was wrong. I called new blue at 11:00 AM the next day and they were literally out to my house by 1 o’clock. They sent Joshua Pritchard. I just cannot thank him enough. He was so professional and so knowledgeable! He had my whole situation fixed within an hour or so! Here I am stressing out over not having the water and what it was going to cost, but he fixed everything! I cannot thank him enough! I have used NuBlue for electrical for years! And this will be the second time I have used them for plumbing and they are just exceptional. I am just so happy with them, and I will request Joshua again! There are a few other cosmetic things I need done and I will definitely be calling him back out!! He really goes above and beyond.
