Let me start off by saying that I LOVE this place and have had a great experience each time Ive gone, until my most recent visit yesterday. The girl working was extremely rushed, very unfriendly, and seemed annoyed that I was giving her another order. I ordered my usual PB Mocha, in the larger size but she gave me the incorrect, smaller size. I pointed out that I had ordered the larger, so she annoyingly grabbed it from me and poured it in the blender, adding a ton more ice and milk. She then pours it into the larger cup, spilling it ALL over the sides. She barely wipes it off with a useless dry napkin and hands it to me saying "Sorry about that". It tasted terrible, like watered down milk with chunks of ice; no flavor whatsoever. I wouldn't normally complain, but it was just a really disappointing experience, and for a $10+ drink, I would expect it to be right and at least taste like its supposed to, even with the terrible service she gave. Read moreThis location has been my go-to for several years now, though it is a short drive from home. I haven't been in quite some time because... pumpkin didn't return as I expected. I was excited to see pumpkin is back and since I was in the area decided to get my 13.00 smoothie. I wasn't greeted upon entry and it took the employee leaving the register then finally returning before I could place my order. When the smoothie was ready and put on the counter I had to ask if it was mine and the employees seemed confused. (There were three others already inside when I walked it, and one or two more had walked in before the smoothie was ready, so I didn't want to grab someone else's cup.) After tasting the smoothie, I was highly disappointed. Pumpkin where? Rather than going back in and dealing with the chaos again, I decided to let this be the final purchase. Were it not for there being other customers, this would have been a one star review, but I'm giving grace because maybe they were overwhelmed...
Read moreI used to really like this place. However, time and time again I've placed a mobile order and arrived to still have to wait 20 minutes or more for my order to be made. Today was no different. I walked in after my order completion time and my food was not ready. Additionally, another worker walked into the store in a hurry to help the associate who was already there. She began making people's food without a mask on. After about 10 minutes I asked the first girl if it was required for them to wear a mask and she said she just got here. In the same amount of time it took her to put on gloves, she could have put on a mask. Or better yet, since you're coming to work, be prepared and walk in with your mask already on. I, then, asked to cancel my order and was told it would be completed online. This establishment is putting the lives of people in danger. I do not feel safe eating food...
