I pre-ordered my usual platter order I get when I go in for pickup. I paid $1 extra for extra salad instead of fries/rice. Upon arrival, I double checked my order before leaving to find they gave me the normal amount of salad instead of any extra. So I asked for more which the woman initially tried to argue about. I was like it just doesn’t make sense I paid additional money for additional salad? Can I please have more? She checked with the kitchen and brought some back which I was grateful for. I then asked for to go cutlery because there was none in the bag. She proceeded to tell me they were out and offered no remedy. I’m sorry but I’m not really sure how you expect someone to eat a to go salad without silverware? As someone who has worked in the service industry for years I was baffled at the fact that they had found no resolution for this considering they knew they’d have take out orders today. There is literally a Publix next door. Where I then had to go get plastic silverware for myself so I could go back to work and eat my lunch. Cmon people. You’re better than this. Such an inconvenience when I just spent 25 freaking dollars on lunch from your...
Read moreFinally, an authentic Greek restaurant in the Lake Norman area! Having travelled all over Greece, I can confidently say that the food at Greco Fresh rivals almost anything that I had while visiting Greece. The Mezze Platter is delicious and a great way to try popular Greek items like grape leaves, tzatziki, hummus, and spinach pie. Ask for their Greek dressing to put on the tomato, cucumber and feta that comes with the Mezze platter. The staff is helpful and friendly. Wish the restaurant offered some booth seating (along the wall would have been nice). They easily could have had a larger location. (Having the ability to dim the lights a little bit would help create a better ambiance for dinner) They are usually very busy. Great place to go for a healthy lunch or dinner. Definitely try it if you haven’t yet. Greco Fresh has become THE place to go to if you want fantastic Greek food. ( To the owners: please consider putting the tzatziki and hummus in plastic containers when someone orders the large size. It would be more convenient than the styrofoam container it currently comes in....

Two weeks in a row, my order was missing essentials: first the feta cheese on my Greek salad, then the dressing. When I called to bring it up, there was little effort to make it right, and the response from staff felt dismissive rather than apologetic. Being told my husband had supposedly checked the bag (when he hadn’t) only added to the frustration.
Mistakes can happen, but how they’re handled matters. Loyal customers should feel valued and respected, not brushed off. With another Greek spot just around the corner, I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously, because great food deserves equally...
