I don’t even know where to begin—Jess from Brick Row at Old Town Event Center literally saved our party and turned what felt like a nightmare into a beautiful celebration we’ll never forget.

Less than 24 hours before our event, we got devastating news: our original venue was closed. Just like that, our celebration for 150 guests—many who had flown in from out of state—was suddenly canceled. The anxiety and heartbreak were overwhelming. We were in shock and completely drained trying to make sense of it all.

But then… a miracle happened.

Jess called us back at 10pm—yes, TEN at night—and told us the venue was available and ready for us to use. By 11:30pm, we were able to notify all our guests of the new location. And let me tell you, the event could not have turned out more perfect. The space was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and beautifully maintained.

Jess was kind, accommodating, and incredibly responsive. She handled everything with such grace and truly made us feel supported during such a stressful time. We will forever be grateful to her.

Jess @ Old Town Event Center was nothing short of amazing! The space was perfect, the rustic look, yet very functional and up-to-date, the bar, furniture options, and the ease of making it what you want...amazing! I came in town for a short period due to being active duty and stationed overseas. I had a special request and she was able to fulfill it, while being flexible, and so very accomodating. If I text, she answered, if I called, she answered (or called me back), if I needed a video, and questions about staging, she worked with my friends to provide me with what I needed. Not only that, but she provided me with additional contacts to help with my planning needs. Overall, I wouldn't think twice about booking this space again!
