This is a redaction to my previous review and experience at this store. Last time I left the store feeling frustrated and hot, and in turn I left a less than stellar review. However, the manager was more than helpful and went out of his way to requite all of my concerns. Not gonna lie, I kinda feel guilty now, especially after receiving the service I received. Crown Apparel values customer loyalty, and the proof is in the experience. The personal service I received coupled with a redressing of my previous purchase has made me into a loyal follower. I went in to cop a pair of comfortable jeans, and left feeling like they really care about their customer base. Just spent 740 on a sweater I could have had DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE FOR 350 . On top of that no where in the store do they say or have advertised their return policy . I want my refund . They won't give it.
