The Grotto Menswear — Local services in Corona

My brother worked with The Grotto for the custom suits he and his groomsmen wore on his wedding. The groomsmen also included myself, the sister. I personally did not have prior experience working with menswear, let alone custom suits, but The Grotto made the process SOO easy and even made suggestions to best achieve the look I wanted. The quality, precision, and overall aesthetic of the suits were perfect. Everyone looked great at the wedding!

But the main purpose of this review is to talk about how incredible The Grotto's customer service is - I needed to do all my measurements, consultations, etc remotely/via phone since I live out of state. Long story short, I had an issue with one measurement that caused the length of my jacket to be far too long, which one of their employees caught and informed me of right away. With the wedding in a daunting few weeks time, The Grotto still managed to ship out my items, determine what fixes were necessary, made the fixes/alterations (in addition to a few recommended stylistic changes to make the overall look that much better), and shipped the jacket out to me again. They were certain to communicate every part of the process and followed up with me to ensure my suit was exactly how I wanted. What could have been a nightmare ended up being the best customer service I've ever seen. I would highly recommend The Grotto if you're wanting to look good for a special occasion and for an overall excellence experience. Honestly, this place was the best decision I could have gone with for suits/tuxs for myself and my groomsmen. It's a bit pricier than others, but with what I got out of it, hands down worth every penny. I'll explain:

Getting the appointment and the steps that come after was easy as pie. Staff is very helpful, the ambiance is super welcoming and chill, and it just vibes right. Shout out to Daijjah is a star. She is amazing to work with and so accommodating to you. Would definitely work with her again for future suits. Customizing was easy, they walk you through every step. Then everything is double or triple checked before confirmation. Your item get shipped to you. Getting it altered was also easy if you need to. They even steam it for you for your special day if you want to pick it up in the store to try on. They answer all questions in a timely manner and keep you in the loop of the whole process until you receive your item and is happy with it. They got beer and put-put while you wait for your fitting. Fitting and measurement is very extensive. This explains why the quality and end result is so good. It's just worth it and worth your money.

It was time to upgrade to the suave modern man for whom clothes don’t make you, the clothes makes the man! It shows confidence and envy. I was done being the guy at the wedding wearing the baggy suit from Macy’s. It was time to burn my suit from 10 years ago. It takes months to get a six pack in the gym OR I could spend a hour to get measured and upgrade from Steve Urkel to Denzel.

I went into The Grotto to make it happen.

STEP 1: They measured everything and saved it so if you want to come back for more later, they know how big or wimpy your biceps and pecs are. STEP 2: You go pick out your fabric, buttons, liner, collars, and pockets for the suit STEP 3: Pick out some dress shirts and shoes to put that final ribbon on the package.
