the ice cream was really good but when the lady at the counter directed us, she had a very snarky attitude and didn’t seem to want to help us at all, given that we’ve never gone to cold stone before and never knew how to order properly. my sister asked for a mint chocolate chip cone but ended up getting a chocolate ice cream with nuts in it and didn’t say anything in fear of her reaction because she was rude and intimidating from the get go. i ended up going in for her and complaining because she was uncomfortable to go in given the environment that they established the minute we ordered. when i told them that they got our order wrong, instead of being apologetic, the same lady just told her coworker and myself to throw it out with attitude and annoyance. i dumped it out and the man that helped me out was very professional but overall we were very uncomfortable with our experience at...

Service is really poor, we ask for a recommendation and the girl that was help us told us, I don’t eat nothing from, here I just work here😦 Everyone look bother the moment we walked in. After I order I asked for my ice cream to be cover to go. The guy just put a lid smashing the ice cream spilling it over the side or my cup. I thought he was gonna clean it up. no! As he was heading it to me I ask if they could please clean it up. They all look at me as if I was crazy. Customer service is great, however, their ice cream seems to melt quickly. The coldstone off McKinley was the best. It was always nice and chilly in there, their ice cream was always fresh and not so watery.

I visited this afternoon and the gentlemen that was there was very nice and friendly however I did notice he didn’t wash his hands after doing multiple things all at once including collecting money from the other customers.
