This store is a HUGE WASTE of time! They only allow 6 items in the dressing room at a time so that’s fine except I took the time to try things on so after I buy them they fit perfect and I don’t have to bring anything back but the dressing room attendant lost (& didn’t care at all about this eating extra time on me re-finding it!) the shirt I wanted to buy -while I was trying on other things! Then they couldn’t read the barcode on one of the items (that I picked up in the line on my way to check out) and acted like it was my fault which was especially annoying when it never left the front of the store so don’t be blaming your customers-they were acting like I messed up the barcode- argh! Then another item had the store description tag but just not their outlet tag and I was nice enough to already bring the same item in another size up to the desk so we wouldn’t have that fiasco on another thing but that shouldn’t be my job! And then they forgot to use my promo code before they rang me up (since they were busy making a big deal out of trying to get a barcode for the conditioner that literally came from the rack next to the counter and wasn’t my fault there weren’t more of that exact item because the others were shampoos, ugh seriously) and I was just so ready to get out of there that I didn’t care anymore which is really bad- makes me want to only go to the City Block store from now on! And makes me want to return everything even tho I loved the shirt I finally found again just because the experience doesn’t bring me joy and I don’t want any items that remind me of that frustrating and superbly...

I was excited to see a Bloomingdales outlet store and decided to check it out with my husband. It was the most unpleasant experience shopping at a store by far. I overheard who I now know was the manager asking another sales associate if that was “us” he was referring to. Didn’t think much of it cause I wasn’t paying attention but did overhear the conversation. I didn’t get his name but he was a short in stature and bold Hispanic/asian male. He stood around after he had checked on us 2 times already (we were prob in the store like 20 minutes max). I decided not to buy ANYTHING and left it all at the front desk where I asked for a manager for my feed back on my shopping experience, only to answer my own question when I described the man I was about to complain about… their manager is scaring shoppers away! I was shocked to hear from the sales associate that this happens ALL the time and he apologized on his behalf. Corporate, please retrain your manager, he’s costing you money! My husband was mad by the way cause he saw it all. Won’t be stopping at this store to be racially profiled again when there’s sooo many other store around you to shop at comfortably...
Read moreVisited this outlet store for the first time today and the experience exceeded my expectations. I was a bit reluctant to drive from San Diego after reading a few bad reviews, but because I love the regular Bloomies so much and what they sell, I decided to try it anyway. So glad I did. First of all it is so organized you almost forget it is an outlet store. Second of all it has a variety of brand names like Burberry and Karl Lagerfeld (who used to be the designer for Chanel). I purchased 10 dresses today. And the prices are so reasonable that I will switch from shopping at Off 5th to this store .It is my new favorite bargain shopping place. It is a step above Nordstrom Rack right accross in terms of quality of products and costumer service. Last but not least the costumer service at Blomingdale’s outlet was impeccable. From the sales lady offering to show items behind the glass shelves and putting them on hold for me, to the lady named Linda at the fitting room, the cashier named Brian and the manager named Leslie, I can only thank them for their help and attention. I travel around the world and shop a lot, and I can appreciate good costumer service. GO...
