When I moved out of OC, Natalia referred another Skinny Weft specialist closer to me, but after months of trying them, I decided it would be well worth the drive back to OC to see Natalia. I've been going to Cooperative for about two years now and Natalia has a loyal customer in me. She's been providing my installs, tune ups, roots and highlights and does a great job every time. She's easy going, honest, and never pushy. She understands the hair that clients actually need to fit their individual lifestyles and will focus on providing what's right for each person rather than maximizing sales. Unlike other salons in the area, her goal is to keep happy clients coming back, and she's great at that! Communication with her is also direct and easy, removing the frustration of receptionists, third party schedulers and automated systems. The atmosphere at Cooperative Salon makes it easy to relax. It's a stylish, well-kept boutique and I'm almost always the only person there with Natalia, although there have been a few times another stylist has been with one of their clients, but it's good energy. With the exception of occasional adorable distractions from the mellow salon pup, you will receive undivided attention. There's also plenty of free, open parking and the salon is located across from Triangle Square, so there's abundant shopping and food nearby, making it easy for me to make an afternoon out of.
