I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yard House, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This restaurant truly deserves a five-star rating!

One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible half-price happy hour appetizers. The variety and quality of the appetizers available during this special offer were absolutely fantastic. From crispy calamari and flavorful sliders to mouthwatering nachos and delicious chicken wings, there was something to please every palate. The fact that these delectable bites were offered at such an affordable price made the experience even more enjoyable.

The ambiance of Yard House was modern, inviting, and comfortable. The spacious seating arrangement allowed for a relaxed dining atmosphere, and the stylish decor added a touch of sophistication. A group of us went for our friend’s birthday dinner. Sage was our waiter, he offered us water and then asked if we wanted to order drinks, to which a few of us said that we were ready. He took 2 drink orders with no problem, when he got to me I asked if he had any Pilsner’s on tap (this was me looking for a recommendation) to which he VERY RUDLEY responded with, “Look at the menu”. The whole table, including myself, were in shock. I was waiting for him to laugh it off and then make a suggestion, the laugh or joke never came. I asked if he had any lagers, he told me to look at the menu again. I opened the menu and in a condescending tone told me to turn the page. I then saw the Pilsner section and asked if they had the House Pilsner, he said they did, so I told him I wanted to get that beer and then said, “you could’ve just said that”. He just stared blankly at me. He left for the drinks and the whole table was just appalled on how rude he was. He then came back with the waters and placed them on everyone’s coaster EXCEPT for mine (so petty). When he left I asked the table if I was overreacting and they told me I wasn’t and that they noticed how I was the only one that was getting that treatment and how bad it was. Fast forward to us ordering, the birthday girl ordered nachos and specifically told Sage she would like them without tomato. When the nachos came out, guess what? Yep, they had tomato. The birthday girl then asked for an extra plate to take off the tomatoes, in an attempt to help Sage notice that he made a mistake, he didn’t apologize and eventually brought out an extra plate. The whole point of this dinner was for my friend’s birthday, not once did Sage wish her a happy birthday or even bring out the typical dessert with a candle. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a waiter. I never ever leave bad reviews because I typically give people the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was terrible and I needed to write this review. Sage was rude, lazy and inattentive! • New Update On my visit today I experienced great service again. My server's name was *Corey D. He was kind, attentive & well spirited. He stands out from the other servers due to a strong management of the things that he does and keeps track of things well if he hasn't had a raise yet he's due.. He also shows strong management material qualities the way he carries himself. The restaurant seems to be managed properly thanks to the manager named *Daryl D. GM. & seems to have everything up to par and swell. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 /// Now for the reality of the not so good and has to do with the way the menu set up 👈👎🙈🙉🙊 It's too bland and monotone I missed ordering fish and chips because I couldn't tell where it was looking at restaurants like Denny's enormous the way they have the pictures on their menus really makes you hungry and literally has you understand how things look there's nothing to hide right ?
