East West Hair is a Japanese hair salon in the same shopping plaza as Mitsuwa. The service was excellent. They asked what kind of haircut I wanted and asked clarifying questions to understand what I wanted. I had asked for the same haircut at two other salons previously, but the other salons weren’t really able to deliver. I was so happy that East West Hair was able to cut my hair exactly how I wanted. Mutsumi-san did a really great job with the haircut! She was supposed to go on lunch break but made a walk in accommodation for me and it was very efficient. We could even chat together in Japanese and overall she made me feel very welcome even though I was a new customer. $50 for the haircut + $5 for the shampoo.
