In my experience,I try to buy heat blanket from this branch,but they said they don’t have this stock,so they have to bring it from headquarters in Brea.(its not a special order from manufacture) In five minutes I changed my mind ,so i try to cancel the order ,and they said its not possible.i’m not big computer guy,but i don’t think is a big deal to cancel order even u swipe your card!!!! Never had any problem in different branches like CED,DDC,Hanks,Main electric,and etc. Even the guy said if that heat blanket come to another day we are still able to give you full refund,they didn’t!!!! Charge me 40$ for return and I didn’t even see that blanket and not even that the manager was unprofessional!!!!!
