Rude. Always criticizing my nails and trying to sell me more services. Then they force you to tip them any make the whole process really uncomfortable like you don't have a choice. I asked if they could do a sparkly top coat on my nails and they said no to me which was also very weird since that is obviously a service they offer. The prices for services have been inconsistent and the nail tech got angry at me just for asking about it. They always charge different every time I go. I always leave unhappy and go back expecting a different experience and it's always the same. Not going...

i was one of there last clients of the day and go gel acrylic nails and they didn't turn out good. the lady didn't try her best and didn't care i got plain blue and paid $50 for nails i could do better myself. there is nail polish on the sides of my nail. the nails bead she did is lumpy on some nails and i got coffin shape and they look like a 5 year old shaped them. Really could have done better by myself. definetly not going back. you can also see the nail at some parts she didn't put enough coats of nail polish on....

My friend and I went for pedis. Once we sat I told them I would like a manicure as well. The lady from the front desk came over and berated me for about 10 minutes about how I had only asked for pedis when I walked in the door. It was a very uncomfortable experience. My toe nails turned out fine, but my finger nails leave little to be desired. They also added in services like 10 minute massages, without explaining they would cost extra. All in all, not impressed and most like will not go back if only to avoid future...
