I live in Costa Mesa and shopped in this store once and bought a summer cotton dress for $69.
Once it was finally hot enough to wear the dress, I went to put it on and discovered it had plastic sewn into the lining behind the embroidery that could not be removed (to remove it would mean ripping the embroidery on the front of the dress). It was obviously a manufacturer's mistake. I sent emails no one responded to, and finally mailed the dress back with the receipt and tags attached and the store manager on 17th Street called me and offered to exchange it.
However the store owner, who had failed to respond to any of my emails, overruled the manager, because it was after 14 days. So the store kept my money and the dress because there was no point in my paying to have them return it to me. This place sucks.
