I am very disappointed with this company. I got my mother-in-law microblading for Mother's Day, and the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing.

When I called to book the appointment, the manager, Mariah, explained that the stylists are paid based on their experience, with the most experienced stylist charging $650. I had recently visited and used a stylist who charged $450, so I asked for one in that range. Mariah said she had no one available at that price for the time I was looking for, but she did have a $650 stylist and a $350 stylist available at the time I needed. Since $650 was outside my budget, we settled on the $350 artist.

During our conversation, Mariah mentioned several stylists' names, which I didn't keep track of. She sent me a confirmation that did not include the price, and I assumed everything was set.

When my mother-in-law and I arrived for the appointment, they charged us $650. I was shocked and explained that there must be a mistake. Mariah apologized for the error and charged me the $350 we had agreed upon. However, she then said , we would no longer honor the included follow-up appointment.

I am very upset that my mother-in-law will not get the included follow-up. What if her eyebrows fade? What if there are more gaps? The manager said we could get the follow-up if we paid the entire $650, which is unfair given it was their mistake.

This was very upsetting, especially since my mother-in-law’s artist said she would do the brows extremely light and re-evaluate at the follow-up appointment. The artist also mentioned she would fill in a small area during the follow-up.

Overall, I feel that since the company made the mistake, they should honor what was promised. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I expected much...

Today is the 10th day after my touch up session for micro blading with Jessica R, and I am so happy with my eyebrows! I can’t say enough about how wonderful and knowledgeable Jessica was during the whole process. At the first session, I brought her pictures of brows I liked and asked a lot of questions about the process. She helped fit the style of brow I liked to my face shape. She was very knowledgeable and had excellent answers to all my concerns/ questions. She was also just incredibly easy to talk to. She encouraged me to go lighter the first time around and gauge from there how dark I wanted to go— which I deeply appreciate.

She helped educate me about the healing process and what to expect, which I also appreciated because after the first round of healing my new brows seemed to have disappeared. But I trusted the process’s

On the second session we went a tiny bit darker and went back over the previous work. They looked fantastic again. And they look even more incredible 10 days after.

I am so happy with the results. They are perfect in every way a brow can be. They look perfectly natural and yet well-manicured. I can still use brow makeup to darken them for a dramatic look, or leave them alone.

I just recently had my old microblading magnetically removed by Jessica. I’ve had several sessions of microblading done over the years, the oldest being probably 5+ years ago. I was just wanting to start fresh and see what my natural brows look like now and what I have to work with. I’ve had three sessions completed so far, and my brows are looking so much better! The process has been easy and Jessica is so great at explaining the treatment to you as she works. I won’t say it’s entirely uncomfortable, but the discomfort is tolerable and definitely worth it if your microblading has started to fade or look undesirable. You can expect your brows to look dark/red for a few days and then start to scab and peel about a week after your treatment. My treatments were spaced three weeks apart, and she said I can get them re-microbladed or microfeathered about 6 weeks after my final removal session, if desired.
