Valentino — Local services in Costa Mesa

I was extremely disappointed when I was rudely told that I needed to pay $30 to repair a stud on a pair of rock stud ballet flats. I have 14 pairs of valentino shoes and 5 handbags. I will be certain to spend my dollars where I am completely respected. It's so disappointing to know that after 12 years as a loyal customer that my tens of thousands of dollars spent on this brand goes away over a mere thirty dollars. Buyers beware you might pay between 700 and 1000 dollars per pair of shoes but if something happens, according Kylie, a new "manager" you have to spend additional money to fix them. I would be different if I could go to my local shoe repair guy and ask him to fix the stud, but according to Ms. Kylie they have to ship the shoes out so I am responsible for shipping costs. I have taken shoes to them before when a stud fell off and never was asked to either give my credit card information or take my shoe back. My review is not about the brand or store as the most of the other reviews. I would like to give special thanks to Phoebe Chen for her outstanding kindness and care. While visiting the Valentino store, my aunt suddenly felt dizzy, and Phoebe immediately stepped in to help. She quickly assisted my aunt to sit down, brought her water, and even provided candies to make sure she felt better. She also extended the same thoughtful care to the rest of us, making a stressful moment much easier.

Just leaving my own 5 star here because most of the lower reviews definitely seem to be entitled people who really don't expect to spend money to fix $1000 shoes??????
