I rarely write reviews, but I NEEDED to share about this place. Long, but worth every word! I came across this store randomly and booked a last-minute appointment, looking for my wedding dress. When I tell you that I was given was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had, I SERIOUSLY mean it! (I booked on a weekday afternoon, so it wasn’t as busy as I know the weekends are for these places) Right from the very beginning up until the end of my appointment, I felt so seen and heard. Grace helped me the entire time and she is SO kind and respectful. Never pushy, honest in the best way, and listened to everything I was saying. Truthfully, if I didn’t live an hour away from this place, I’d try to be her bff in real life! The owner of the store was helping as well and pulled some of the most beautiful gowns for me to try. I’m super self-conscious and usually hate the way I look in most stuff I wear but I LOVED JUST ABOUT EVERY SINGLE DRESS I TRIED ON!!! I was shocked. This shop has the most STUNNING DRESSES. I tried on a dress that the owner designed herself and…. There are no words to describe it. It’s the most gorgeous dress I’ve ever put on my body. Seriously every single detail is just incredible. I also loved that she was giving recommendations in the sweetest way and I felt like it was my mom there with me. You can tell they care deeply about their clients. It meant so much to me! I hate shopping. Bridal dress shopping had been a bust until here, but I didn’t want to leave this place. I didn’t know these women from Adam, but I truly felt so close to them and had SO much fun trying on all the dresses and was sad when I had to leave. This shop is so genuine and so wonderful. I loved all of the dresses SO much that I’m going back tomorrow with family to try to make a decision on which one to buy because I want them all!!! (For real- I don’t know how I’m going to choose just one) For me personally, finding a dress I felt beautiful in was as equally satisfying as the service and kindness I received from Grace and the owner. My daughter and I booked an appointment there to shop for prom dresses and let me tell you. We loved the atmosphere there. The owner, her daughter and the other worker were super nice and so helpful. They didn’t pressure us at all to buy a dress, checked up on us if we were doing okay. When our appointment was up, my daughter couldn’t decide which dress. They were super nice about us leaving without purchasing a dress And told us to go and think about it before purchasing. My daughter and I came back in 3 hours to purchase a dress. When we came back, they even remembered the dresses my daughter tried on. They even allowed my daughter to retry the dress to make sure it was the one she wanted. The owners daughter helped us on looking into the different colors the dress came in. Yes! We end up buying the dress that the owner recommended for my daughter to try. I really recommend this place too anyone who is looking into purchasing a prom dress or a wedding dress. I was being noisy and looked at their wedding dresses, and they have beautiful collections of wedding dresses.

I have been on the search for a wedding dress. I went to 5 different shops. I went to David’s bridal, wedding shoppe, consignments, boutique bridals… you name it. Everything was awful, out of stock, over picked or out of style. I was losing hope for a beautiful wedding dress. Then I walked in here. This was the best shop I went into by far. Not only was the assortment amazing, not only were you able to browse additional styles so it felt more interactive and more in control of your choices, but the staff is absolutely amazing at finding what you’re into. Grace had done some homework before I got to my appointment so she could show me options right off the bat (as I would need to have the dress either off the rack or would need to order within a short time frame). I was so impressed with her level of care, skill and TALENT. She showed me options I didn’t even know I would have liked, and I ended up finding the perfect dress because of her.
