The guys here are rude, and probably burned out working with the public. They mumbled some request at me, and the so called supervisor lost it because I didn’t take a far enough step back to guard against private information. The fact they have a plastic partition and computers facing directly in front of them, not to mention I’d have to crawl over the counter to see anything, as if I cared. I did take a step back, but he continued on and asked if I “wanted to do this” - like “do what”? Very rude, unprofessional, and clearly the boy in charge is way over his head and feels the need to exert some power. Oh well, I’ll just go online. Who needs the headache. Terrible. Come in and there is probably 40 people waiting, there is no number or even line. Just a crowd of people standing there in hopes of getting something done while there are 2 people helping and 5 standing around. Completely unorganized and unprofessional, went to south st paul and was done in 30 minutes. This place used to be great, I was in and out every time and everything was moving. Today after near 15 minutes of standing there not moving at all and people walking in just cutting in line with nobody to direct people (plenty of people working) we left. Glad I was doing this for someone else, I get to buy my tabs at holiday gas stations instead of dealing...

I had to stand in line the other day two times because I didn’t have the proper documentation for my real ID so I had to leave and come back and stand in line again. I watched the five guys behind the Counter for a half hour each time. I was so impressed with their efficiency and the way they handled each customer. Everyone that came to the counter, had a different scenario and they handled each person with professionalism. I was also very impressed with the way they worked together as a team.
