I booked my pedicure at UV Nail Salon through ClassPass, and the process was quick and easy ā 15 credits for a regular pedicure, which equated to a $40 gift card. The salon was very clean, calm, and relaxing, and I appreciated the comfortable massage chair. My nail tech, Cheng, was friendly and efficient ā I was in and out in about 40 minutes, which was perfect for my schedule.
Although I couldnāt upgrade to gel polish through the ClassPass app, the salon was able to accommodate the upgrade in person for an additional $15, which I appreciated.
My only drawback was the color selection and lack of customization. I prefer natural, neutral, or sheer nail colors, and I even showed an inspiration photo. At other salons, Iāve had one coat of an opaque shade layered with a clear coat for a softer look, but Cheng said I could only choose one opaque color for toes ā sheer wasnāt an option. I ended up going with the shade āPaper Airplane,ā which I do like, but it wasnāt quite the soft, sheer style I had in mind.

I have looked at the reviews and whenever there is a bad review the employees always respond saying that it wasnāt there fault but it was the customers. I donāt think that is possible for it to be the customers problem when you are doing there nails. I have seen things such as people getting fungus, not being treated respectfully and that they rush peoples nail appointments and make the nails look horrible. So I think it is truly the employees fault and they should take accountability and stop making up excuses. This salon has a 4.6 rating but they should not have that rating until they figure out how to treat there customers right, make there nails look good and care about the health of the customers nails!
