GREAT SERVICE. My 6 year old HP laptop had a few different concerns: battery needed replacing, it seemed sluggish much of the time, and for years it would go into a sleep mode after only a minute (or so) of screensaver, that I couldn't get it to wake back up out of. -I tried to figure that out on my own and never did. I left it with him for a few days until the new battery came in. He called once to let me know how it was going and what he had left to do. That weird sleeping-screen issue is gone! Battery is new. DONT RISK IT!! OFFICE MAX OFFERS FREE DIAGNOSTICS! I Needed a simple battery replacement and they ruined my screen from opening the asus laptop incorrectly , I don’t get picture now. It is now worse. When I came in to check on it the woman was trying out different ram chips in my computer. My computer has ram. She then told me it might be my whole motherboard for the computer. Bob is a very wise Troubleshooter alright and his beautiful assistant Macy even smarter than Bob at times she knows when to start and when to quit . But they never quit until your electronics are thoroughly fixed. They have helped immensely when my electronics were acting up I also purchased one of the best laptops from them and the prices are great to boot. Happy 2024 and go see the Computers...
