Taco Bell,
I made a recent visit to the taco Bell and place an order through the drive-thru. It was a very basic and easy order to follow. Ordered 10 hard and 10 soft shell tacos. Upon returning home the order was so messed up and incorrect. We went back and addressed the order with the staff at that location. For some odd reason the staff refused to fix the order unless they paid for the New order. From my understanding and as good customer service they should have fixed the order and given us the original order and the correct order and no charge. But the staff refused to give us the correct order unless being paid for even though we had the receipt from the original order. And that is very poor customer service. And why would my family and I go to a location with poor customer service. That tells us that that team does not care and they should not be there. I will not be going back to that location until this mistake or customer service becomes better. Read moreManagement was horrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in because I paid extra for a cup of sour cream and they gave me a tiny little squirt of sour cream. Not even enough for 1 quesadilla, it was enough for 1 singular bite. When I went in to ask if it was right the manager was extremely rude to me and told me to leave. Then my boyfriend goes in there because they forgot his whole pack of cinnabons, and they were extremely rude about their mistakes and didn't own up to anything. The "manager"(who looks like he hates his life) walked up to him at the counter, made eye contact, then walked away without saying anything and someone else had to help him. No apologies or anything. On top of all of that, my boyfriend ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla, and the person putting in the order at the drive thru put the wrong thing in and he got the wrong meal. They don't have any ownership for any of their mistakes. Poor work environment. It's also dirty. Read moreUsually food is pretty good, though lately a little bit of older veggies have been found; not bad or rotten just older & maybe didn't get caught. There have been some unpleasant inconsistencies with drinks the last 2 or 3 times delivery was ordered--that could very well be the delivery tho, which I did put in the delivery apps' rating info. NOTE: This has only happened when using delivery app. I picked off the couple of starting-to-brown lettuce pieces and ate my chicken chalupa, but the drinks did get dumped down the drain. Too weird to risk drinking. & in hind-sight should have taken pics! duh, Lee!
