Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Covina

Ordered the 12 piece jalapeño poppers only to come home and discovered no ranch. When I called the manager said, “We made it so you have to ask for ranch now”....But it’s supposed to come with 2!!!!!! But because I didn’t verbally say I wanted it, they didn’t give it to me! This is America! I’ve been coming to Der Weinershnitzel since I was a little girl and this place is going down hill fast! They only care about saving pennies instead of pleasing their customers!!! They are SO adamant about making sure they charge you for any little thing extra here but don’t care when they short-change...

Good food, plenty of chili on the dawgz BUT they don't particularly like refilling drinks more than twice for patrons. UPDATE - they flat-out REFUSE to refill your drink if you go outside for any reason. Totally RUDE wench of a manager.

UPDATE: Most of the other locations offer a discount for Fire, Police, Military & First Responders (in uniform) BUT not here. Otherwise, much better service and quality of food at Glendora location (Grand & Rte 66) or location at Arrow Hwy & Grand Ave. Gen Mgr Jose there is rude and Melon-E-Yuh (another alleged Gen Mgr) isn't a prize either.

On 1/31/2020 at approximately 8:30pm Two customers were ahead of me and they smelled like trash. One who looked like a mother was giving the clerk behind the counter a very hard time and her name was Anji. Anji provides the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and I didn’t appreciate how the female customer ahead of me was talking to her. The customer was belittling her intelligence and being very disrespectful. I hope those customers are banned from their permanently or I’ll never come...
