Had a return from items purchased on a Holiday return policy which allowed a few more days to get credit on my Discover instead of just store credit. Computer didn't want to accept it that way. Sales clerk, supervisor and finally store manager were needed to solve problem. All were very cordial and apologetic for situation. ...
