After waiting in a long 4 car slow line TRAPPED WITH 2 OR 3 MORE CARS BEHIND ME...DURING A CELEBRATION WITH MY CHILDREN...I WAS NEVER (20 MINUTE WAIT TO MOVE LESS THAN 20 FEET) ONCE AT THE MENU INTERCOM I WAS FIRST INFORMED THAT THE RESTAURANT WAS ""ONLY TAKING ORDERS FOR FRIES AND CHICKEN NUGGETS... "NO APOLOGIES JUST ROBOTIC REPETITIVE SENTENCES"(I CALMLY SAID "WELL... AFTER WAITING THIS WHOLE TIME I COULD CUSS, TO WHICH THE SMART REPLY FROM THE EMPLOYEE WAS.."I WISH YOU WOULD??!!?!?"(STILL NO APOLOGIES )AND I SAID THIS IS B.S- ROLLED UP MY WINDOW AND HAD TO CONTINUE TO WAIT FOR THE CARS TO CLEAR WITH OUT GETTING ANYTHING MY CHILDREN WANTED...) A MAN EVEN GOT ON THE INTERCOM AND MENTIONED THE POLICE WHICH I THINK WOULD BE PERFECTLY APPROPRIATE FOR THE FIRST AND SECOND FEMALES RUNNING THERE MOUTHS IF ANOTHER INTERACTION IS REPORTED HERE... THE EMPLOYEE WAS THREATENING MY WELL BEING AND IM PREGNANT AND DIDN'T CUSS BUT ONE TIME AFTER I HAD BEEN INSULTED AND THREATENED...THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS..THE MANAGER SHOULD HAVE MADE A SIGN OR HAD SOMEONE COME OUT AFTER THE LINE HAD THEEE CARA BEHIND THE MENU SIGN... I’m sure the owner would agree and I apologize to all the owners that is dealing with this foolishness just came from checkers when I pull up the young gentleman informs me that the system is down me, remembering back from my day when the system goes down, your hourly rate is still the same so you must make a way I’ve even had to pull out a calculator and everyone carries one around on their cell phone…. I digress… I asked, can I make an order? How long is this going to take my response I’m on the phone with them now.. Then I ask, should I just sit here and wait or what I receive a very long pause after sitting for a minute or two waiting patiently a rude response back you can’t sit there sometimes it’s the tone realizing your in customer service and knowing the customer is being more inconvenienced Then you sitting on the phone with your IT department during business hours… This is when I say, if you don’t like your job quit, no one forced anyone to apply for any job unless being punished for making bad decisions franchise owners your industry is in the crapper. Read moreI ordered on line with my app, its usually fast this way. Got to the window and they did not recognized I was there. The young girl that were their was not friendly, did not have any patients as I was bothering her. If it was my order I would have got my money back. But it was for someone else. Through the app I was able to get a free small milk shake. When I got my order she did not know what to do. So she made me go all the way to the end of the drive through behind 3 other cars. All she had to do was to look and scan the app. So I went, when I finally got to the window again she still did not know what to do. She asked the manager he did not know what to do. Since she could not get any answers she just gave it to me anyway. I will not go to this checkers again when I got home the burger was squished, the lettuce, tomato and pickles was a mess. It looked as if it was somebody's else order and they gave it to me. I will never go to any of the fast food places without looking at my food first before I leave. I got a survey from checkers and explained the same thing to them. They offered me a free burgers.
