Big Lots — Local services in Covington

Great store but I came across this rude cashier today on Tuesday, May 21st at 3:35pm. Older caucasian lady with glasses and grey hair. She didn’t smile or greet me at the checkout counter at all. I brushed it off then I politely asked her the same question about my loyalty card twice and she ignored me, then grabbed my card and proceeded to scan it. I simple answer to my question would’ve been okay. Once my transaction was successful she handed me my receipt and didn’t say goodbye or have a nice day or anything. She greeted the customer after me though. I hate to write this poor review but service workers are supposed to make each customer’s experience positive. I love Big Lots but my experience...

Just a regular big lots. This place has lots of nice things in it. The only drawback is that not much ot the items are quality. Its a game of how well its built....now all the things will last but make sure you take care of it. The furniture for example is primarily made of quality pressed wood. If you take good care of your furniture it will last for at least 5years. If you have kids or are lax about your stuff or looking for something to last till you upgrade to something better then this will suit you till then.
