I got my phone fixed by them a couple weeks back it had a few cracks in it & the camera was broken. they told me $150 to fix everything & I was like ok,after they replaced my screen they noticed the camera was broken & tried to charge an extra $40 to fix it which was very frustrating because they should’ve examined my phone before hand. The second I received my phone back I immediately noticed that me phone did not look the same as before. The products that were used to replace my screen were not apple certified. I opened my phone excited to use it for the first time in a while just for it to have a delayed reaction time when I touched the screen. I didnt mind at first but then it started getting extremely annoying. The screen was not applied correctly so now my phone has ink spots as well & is now glitching. I called ahead to ask the price of a screen repair. They told me $85 out the door. They never mentioned this was a “cash only“ price. When I went in they seemed professional and friendly, but the checkout experience proved differently. The total came to 90.95 after their debit card service fee plus tax. When I asked why there was the difference between the price I was being charged and the price they told me Before the repair, they explained that it’s because they have to pay tax if I use a debit card but if I use cash they don’t have to pay tax. I’m pretty sure this is illegal, but just know before you go that the price is higher for using a debit card and they don’t tell you before repairing your phone. I LOVE this place. Tony is the best!! Last year, my phone wouldn't charge and I refused to pay two million dollars for a new phone, took it to Tony. Tony replaced my charging port and I haven't had an issue since. Dropped my iPad out of my backpack from my deck into my back yard...cracked the screen, took it to Tony. Tony changed the screen out and no cut fingers for me🤣😝. My phone storage was full, took it Tony. He got all of my folders transferred over to a 1tb card and everything is in order.
