I have been through multiple Temp Agencies, it’s an unfortunate truth. My job history isn’t the best I will be the first to say it. Most agents don’t care where they send you which is very unfortunate. It takes a career that is supposed to be very personal and caring and turns it into the exact opposite.

This was my outlook on temp agencies until I found CraftForce and had the honor of working with Gwen aka Wonder Woman. In these uncertain times she still manages to stay professionally connected with me through the process. Working from home while still working her butt off. She’s taken my choppy job history and somehow turn it into a resume I’m no longer embarrassed of.

The hiring process for me is the wolfsbane of employment. I have a hard time getting motivated for the corporate formalities and due paperwork. This obviously does not get my foot in any door. Craftforce has been a big help to me by getting my name out in the work field and getting jobsite site experience. I am currently a student at Kentucky Welding Institute and it is very hard to get your first job without any experience so at KWI craftforce offers co-op jobs so as soon as one came up I jumped on it, I worked hard and that helped me get on the next co-op and the next and so on.
