This restaurant has great wait staff. John was a gracious host. Unfortunately nothing can make up for the food. We started with a quessidilla. It was bland and not grilled. It was only saved by the salsa which should be a condiment not the main source of flavor. The poblano pepper was there but mushy and also flavorless. Surely the asada burrito would be better as it was described as containing marinated steak and chorizo sausage among other things. Wow again first off it looked like a wrap. Again was not toasted up in a pan. The steak was a bit tough, but even worse the pieces were very small. The ground meat was not chorizo tasting at all. The worst part was how bland it was. Not even salt or any spices just frustrating. In this case not even the salsas could save it. I feel like we wasted our money. The atmosphere was nice and exceptionally clean The restaurant was empty other than us. I won't go there again to try...
Read moreMy visit was ok . Limited parking the Tacos were good I got Al pastor and shrimp tacos great flavor not a fan of the nuts though. The meal was pricey my margarita was $11 ! 4 tacos were $20 . I’m used to paying $12-$15 for four tacos. i just feel their are cheaper places for tacos that are more authentic and better quality. Loved the seating and overall set up disappointed in the sauces with the tacos no spicy flavor and didn’t taste homemade.
My server was rough I had to wait maybe 10 mins for my receipt my margarita took 10 mins to make and I asked for a lime just for flavor never got it and he mentioned it twice lol but I understand these things happen. It wasn’t that busy I just think maybe between the bar and serving it was a lot.
Overall not a place I recommend but I’m glad I made it out to this place. even though they close at nine I came here at 8:30 once in the kitchen was already closed so plan...
Read moreMy wife and I stopped in for dinner and were blown away by this place! The food was amazing, service was excellent, and the variety of cocktails and tequila was fantastic. We are both vegetarian and the had several appetizers, tacos, and sopes on the menu that fit our diet. We ordered the queso, which was extremely flavorful and came with grilled peppers and fresh chips. Our main course was the hibiscus flower tacos and vegetable sopes. Both plates were loaded with colorful, flavourful food. The hibiscus tacos reminded me of a carnitas taco and was an excellent vegetarian option. The vegetable sopes were loaded with black beans, grilled veggies, and fresh toppings. This place will definitely be on our list of places to frequent and we look forward to returning with friends and family to share in...
