DO NOT STOP HERE at this location. After looking at multiple reviews from this location doesn't look like management or ownership cares about making changes. Very rude lady taking orders up front. This store says they serve breakfast ALL DAY That is not the case.I requested breakfast at 11AM and was told they don't have anymore and was not making it. Come on, store manager, START DOING YOUR JOB. Investigating your employees stuff is starting to fall apart at your store. My opinion is accurate.I come to your location at least 4 days a week.But I will be finding somewhere else to take my business. Considering the rudeness that i've received has not been from just one of your employees in fact multiple. And if you're employees want to walk around and talk to your customers like they hate their job and don't want to be there then maybe you need to start doing better on the positions you placed them in. I refuse to continue spending my money with a business that has no intentions for growth or changes. I've watched this go on for months and months. I refuse to keep spending money with a company that does not CARE how all their customers are treated. I do not blame all the rude employees that don't want to be there.I blame management.They continue to allow them to have their job while they show they're so ungrateful. Your business will not cater anymore of my events. Because of management doing lack of customer service training, you will lose business at least from me. On top of everything else, every time I come in your establishment.There is something whether it be your counters.Your drink machine or your floors.Or your tables something is always dirty.
I challenged the owners of this location to start investigating your management team and see if they're doing their job properly. Bo's customer service is awesome and none of them have to say "my pleasure". It's evident in how they treat their customers. However the past few visits I have had issues getting a full order. I've had issues with what I asked for and what is repeated not being "rung up" and of course not in my bag. I don't know this until I get halfway down I-20 or 278, home whichever way I'm going. The rush is understandable in your efforts to provide quick service but please do not put yourselves in a position to be in such a rush that you're not completing orders that's not good & especially if the order was rung up and the customer has paid gets home and the product is not in the bag period that is just not acceptable! To return to the and have someone say you didn't order it or? That is not acceptable customer service the customer is ALWAYS right that's the bottom line! Other than that Bojangles is THE place for chicken - it is the only place and primarily because of their customer service but also because their product contains more meat than other chicken places. That's incredible - especially in this day and age. So thank you very much for the service I received from there but again, don't get in such a rush that you can't complete a customer's order because if it's happened to me more than once it's happened to others and you WILL lose customers for this avoidable reason. Read moreI have not been too happy with Bojangles lately. The last several times I came here there was a huge wait for my food.
Last night in particular I was not even told of a wait for my food. I thought it would be pretty quick as there was hardly anybody in the Drive-Thru, maybe two or three cars total. If I was told there was a wait for my food either at the drive-through Booth or at the window, given my previous last visits, I would have found anywhere else to go.
As of lately I have waited roughly 20 to 30 minutes. My second to last visit I was told the it would be only a 5 or 10 minute wait. That's fine, cool. I was very wrong. The time before that I waited in the drive-through for what seems like forever, and then my food was not even right. I didn't even bother calling considered it was just a fluke or something... That and I honestly just didn't want to wait anymore.
I used to frequent this place in the mornings on my way out to work and I was able to go inside as my work vehicle could not go through the drive-thru. I pretty much stopped that because they were not allowed anyway back inside, not even to order.
Since I close the dining room to go there maybe once a week. I used to frequent it maybe a few times a week on the way out to work.
I used to get the food right 95 or more percent of the time. Now the food just isn't as good and it's just so difficult to even get your food.
At this point I really don't even want to go until they get their stuff straightened out. I'd much rather just grab a biscuit from Chick-fil-A or even...
