Edit 3/27/24: Changing 5 star review to 3: I go in tonight to get the $16 special and I purchased two of the $16 specials to feed my family of four.

Two of the sandwiches we ordered were meatball subs and we ordered both of them with mayonnaise, oil and vinegar and extra marinara.

I asked the guy if they put olive oil and mayonnaise on the sandwich and he said "if it was on the ticket then yes" and I said "well last time it was on the ticket and it was not on the sandwich", guess what? There was not mayonnaise nor olive oil and vinegar added to the sub and also I ordered both of them with extra marinara and both of them were extremely dry.

The girl proceeds to tell me that she can give me some marinara on the side - so now I have to fix the sandwiches up when I get home. I paid for someone else to fix the sandwiches for me so that I can sit down and eat and not have to worry about fixing them. But to get the sly remark of "if it's on the ticket then it's on the sandwich" only to find out that no it's not, is absolutely ridiculous! I used to enjoy Firehouse a lot more than my last two visits.

It's very irritating when you're trying to place your order and the cashier keeps interrupting you asking questions that would be answered if they'd just listen...then ask any unanswered questions. Bread has changed, it's a little thicker now with less meat on the sandwiches for the same price, no thanks! My hot sub was hardly warm. Free parking on premises.

Dry, sloppy made. Casher was impatient with me when I had to check phone text message from daughter to see if she wanted tomato on sandwich. There were no other customers in store so it wasn't like I was holding up the line. The first time I was there it was the same way. I ask if I could substitute one cheese for Swiss they said yes but when I got it there was no cheese on it. I called told them about it, they told me to bring it back and they would put cheese on it. I was in that town on business and it would have been a 62 mile trip. I ask if I could get extra cheese best time I go through there in a month, they said I would have to bring the sandwich back. So no I will never go there again. PS. I told them absolutely no tomatoes on my daughters sandwich but they put double the regular AMT. She hated tomatoes so she had to toss the toppings that touched them. Very bad service and didn't give me the sandwiches the way I wanted and I paid for. The ONLY nice thing I can say about my visit is the place was very clean. But the staff should concentrate more on they customers and less on talking to each other while taking orders and fixing the sandwiches. Not happy , not angry with my experience but I am giving a fair review only to help management upgrade the level of service to other customers, but I won't be one of them because I can't afford to waste my money on a meal not made the way...

I literally am sitting in their parking lot after picking up my food. Covington GA. I been over here 6 years and will NEVER come back to this location again! I clicked the combo option online and went to get my side and drink, only to find out it didn't take online. The MEDIUM ended up being $15 alone, when that's how much the large one is. I asked for a refund and he said, he couldn't without my card, though I'm able to order online without you seeing my card? Someone stole my whole wallet 2 days ago and I offered to show him how I had to replace ID, police report and other pertinent info but he still said he couldn't, even after I showed him the app. Here's the icing!! He literally kept the food and told me yeh call corporate maybe they can help. So you think you're gonna KEEP my food, AND not refund me? Wow, the nerve sucka! Lastly, some ignorant employee with his smart A said loudly, " Have a nice day" I wont say what I told him in...
