I spent 28 minutes from the moment I pulled into drive through until I made it to the window. There was only one car in front of me? Finally got to the window and employee asked me my order. I told him. He quoted me a different price than the total given to me on the electronic menu board. I questioned this and he asked what my order was. He had the wrong order. I then told him what my order was and he shrugged and got another employee. That employee then asked (for the third time since arriving at window) what my order was. I told him I had already ordered at the speaker and told the other guy twice? I asked to please speak to the manager who just came over in a serious huff and Again asked for my order. I told her what it was and she quoted me another different price again. It was not a difficult order, whopper jr meal with Coke. This was not during a peak time it was 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. When I pointed out to manager that this was the third different price I was give she glared at me, typed my order in AGAIN and huffed away. I was told it was going to be several minutes more and I just said never mind, I’ll go somewhere else. The young man then literally slammed that glass slider window so hard, I thought it was going to break. C’mon guys, you’ve been here for MONTHS, it’s time to work out your kinks, hire efficient staff, friendly managers, etc. I will not be back. I hope the franchisee who paid a fortune to build this beautiful new store gets this information and is able to salvage his/her business before these employees destroy...
Read moreBurger King in Covington GA on 278 I’m not a complainer but This was the worst experience I’ve had, the guy at the register with twist hair and pants sagging showing his underwater acted like he didn’t want to take my order. When I asked for my cup, he looked at the set of cups, as if though he didn’t want to hand it to me. Then he took the cup out and kept it along side of his legs behind the counter, and I had to reach over the counter to get it out of his hand. Then he did the same thing to another customers receipt, like his arm is broke and he can only lift his wrist up! SMH why is he even dealing with customers? He should not be at the front line dealing with customers if he doesn’t want to do his job. There was no ice and Then the sprite machine was just water and when I told them they took the cup and filled it up with sprite behind the counter which turned out to be more seltzer water, then they gave me another cup and then the Coke machine didn’t have any seltzer water in it just syrup. There was a gentleman that came in after me and he stood at the counter. No one else is in the store but him and I and no one asked him he can I take his order and he got frustrated and walked out, very unprofessional. Just poor customer service all...
Read moreThis whole staff should be fired and I don't say that lightly. I don't want anyone losing their job, but when I order something very specific and then get the wrong item and you tell me that "everyone heard you say you wanted that" instead of taking responsibility and remaking it for me, you deserve to lose your job if that's the customer service you provide to the public.
This, by the way, was all told me by the "manager" (a term I use lightly here) and of course her lazy employees didn't want to remake an order, yet I bet they're some of the same people advocating for fast food workers to be paid $15 an hour. Yes, GOOD fast food workers deserve a raise, but if you would perhaps provide better service you would invite more customers and then possibly get the raise you deserve.
I can't imagine any of these employees even finished high school however, so it's no surprise that they can't see this error in thinking.
So, my advice for going to this location is either DON'T or if you do make sure to record them on your phone when you order (drive through or inside) and ask...
