Ohco Outlet Center — Local services in Covington

Ohco has been around as long as I can remember. If you need a rug, this is the place. They also sell all bedding, towels etc.. Normally they'll have outdoor furniture like patio sets. Random furniture for your home. Sometimes they will have random items like a Nintendo Switch wired controller. They're open to the public once a month. All bedding, towels, curtains etc... is sold by the pound. Used to, you could find quality items for a decent price. Used to be 2.99 a pound then, like everything else...they went up to 3.99 a year or so ago. NOW.. They're asking 5.99 A POUND!! It's ridiculous! Thier ad says prices from 3.99 to 5.99. You only get the lower price if you buy a large amount.... basically, bulk pricing. For 2 regular size towels the price was 19 bucks and some change, plus tax. These aren't king size or beach size towels. These are average size towels you would pay 6 maybe 7 bucks a piece at Kohl's with a coupon. I commented on this and another customer says.. then go to Kohl's a buy them!... She's not wrong. I would rather spend my money to support a local business. But this, is too. They sell nice...quality items for more than they originally cost to begin with. For some items..it's much more. The lady in front of me had was able to get the 4.99 a pound because she had a 100 bucks worth of stuff. I can't imagine what it would take to get the 3.99 a pound price. For that reason.... I would only recommend Ohco to anyone looking to buy ex-large ...

Hello, I was driving down el Camino and spotted Ohco message chair store. I wanted to try out some chairs and decided to try the Ohco m-8 model. Stephany was helping me and I had such a great experience with her, she was so great and helpful with all my questions and sharing Information. She was very patient and kind making the experience very easy. I ended up buying the chair and I am so satisfied with my purchase. Stephany also came when my chair was delivered which was the next day and made sure to go over all the instructions again and made sure everything was good. I am very impressed and will highly recommend this...

I have been several times and their so called affordable prices are still more expensive than other stores. Also lately they been advertising reopening sales claiming to have reopened but they do it once a month or every 2 months and make it seem like they closed for so long and are returning but it’s just a regular sale. It’s an obvious ploy to get more customers to return. After I called them out on it on Facebook they deleted my comment and blocked me from their page. This is horrible customer service and every body needs to know what they are doing. This is not a good company to ever do...
